During a longer stay the food gets a bit boring, as there is little variety at the buffets. But the choice remains great

Fantastic stay, as always. Everything was great, excellent service, wonderful location near Barcelo Maya Grand Resort and was beautiful to go for a hour. The rooms with refreshments, snacks plus fridge. Delicious and marvellous breakfasts with great food.

The outdoor pools were super refreshing and the massage treatments left me feeling totally relaxed. Just a heads up, the breakfast spread could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a wonderful experience 😊

Everything is truly spectacular: restaurants, swimming pools, beach, cocktails, bed linen, welcome kit. Wonderful

Wi-Fi. It is inconceivable that in 2018 there is no Wi-Fi in such a facility.

The distance between two buildings is too long. I would like to be accommodated in the same building when coming as a group.

The outdoor areas were a hit, offering tons of sports and fun activities for our family while soaking up the sun. Plus, the spacious Junior Suite provided a comfortable retreat for us all.

My wife says that the dining options could use more vegetarian choices for the kids.

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had traveling abroad. Their hotel said it was "all-inclusive", but it was not. It was only all-inclusive up to a point. If you wanted room service, there was a fee. If you wanted to buy a bottle of wine with your dinner there was a fee. I tried to make a collect phone call to my credit card company.....you guessed it.....they wanted to charge me a fee! To make a collect call! The food was disgusting! Everything was cold, everywhere. The donuts at breakfast tasted like they had been sitting out since last year. The breakfast omelet gave my friend food poisoning. Nothing tasted good. The shrimp smelled EXTREMELY fishy. The steak was less than an inch thin and cooked like shoe leather. The chili gave ME food poisoning. The swimming pools were nice, and the shows were good, but our room was never really clean, after the first day, they didn't give us coffee, The door handle in our bathroom was falling off. There were scratches all over the mirror. All in all, I would advise you to stay somewhere else.

All the facilities are excellent. Barcy knows how to entertain children! The hotel invites you not to leave it.

The music, there are no activities for teenagers and the animation team are very few, dressed in cold colors instead of attracting attention. They lack the joy to invite people to participate, at 11 am which was the volleyball time I think they played it only twice

Rooms decent but need updates. Pools fun, clean, excellent for kids. Loved the water park and live music performances. Some staff seemed rushed and underwhelmed. Check-in took a bit too long for my liking.

The hotel is very good, it is very large and has all the facilities. The service and the good food!

Only one person to check in guests. So it took us an hour and a half.

Meals, buffet, drinks and shows

A mattress is really bad. There was not enough light. We had all kinds of problems to reserve a table for 20. They do not have the interest to provide high rate service, even having many premium customers.
